Booking Dancers Guidelines: Price should not be the first concern. Think instead about the image you want to create for your special event...Are you looking for professionalism, class and polish that is upbeat and fun? Don't settle for someone that offers "bellydancers" but can only give a vague description of who they are...Maybe they have never seen them! (Horror stories abound! )
We will give you a detailed description of the dancer(s) you hire, including training and accomplishments. Our choreographer will call to visually "walk through" the show with you...we only want pleasant surprises for your friends and family.

Help set the stage for success:
Allow the dancer ample room to perform. If it is more than one dancer a stage or dance floor allows the audience to best appreciate their well rehearsed choreography.
Let the dancer do her show. When it is time for her to choose someone to dance with she will know it. Please do not urge anyone to dance with her if they have not been invited. Just sit back , relax and enjoy the show. let the magic of the moment sweep you away.
Sound is important! Our dancers select their music carefully to create the best show possible. They do not schlep boom boxes so please make sure your stereo is in the same room and that it works and has good sound. If you have a DJ, check to see if he is equipped for tapes or CDs.
Showing your appreciation by clapping with the music, watching attentively and encouraging your guests to do the same will only make the evening more memorable. If guests wish to tip the dancer, showering her with bills is infinitely more authentic and dignified than stuffing money into her costume.
Recommended occasions for hiring a bellydancer: Weddings, birthdays, Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, housewarming, Arabian theme parties, golden anniversaries, festivals, educational shows, corporate conventions , promotional events. *We do not do bachelor parties!
Be considerate of the dancers time. If her show is booked for 10pm, that doesn't mean 11pm or 11:30pm. She may have another engagement, but if not her energy will be sufficiently diminished from standing around in costume. Dancers are human too! The show should go on within 15 minutes of the time booked. Over 1/2 hour we must charge per every 15 minutes over the amount of time booked.
